Our amazing Student Council recently returned from the Southern Association of Student Council convention in Orlando, Florida. They not only had the opportunity to network with student leaders from across the southwestern US but also competed against other schools and won awards for their outstanding projects and services they have completed at YDMS in the past year!

Halloween Dress Down is Thursday, October 31st for $5.00, benefiting our 8th Grade Louisiana Tour!
Students may wear regular clothes or costumes: no masks, items that resemble weapons, or costumes that are revealing. Clothing should be aligned with CPSB dress code policy. No hoodies, crocs or slides. Shorts/Skirts must be 4 inch above knee. No rips or tears above knee of jeans. No leggings or tights.

Congratulations to our entire YDMs track team on an incredible season so far! The boys placed second overall, and three of our athletes finished in the top ten: Kendrick, LaAaron, and DJ. Allenison Tinsley also had a fantastic performance, placing 10th in the girls' division. We're so proud of their hard work and dedication!
